    This is a good choice for someone starting out at point zero. What I like about this eBook is rather than giving a list of meanings for each card (which you can get anywhere), the reader is instead encouraged to observe and explore their feelings along with possible story lines to really help them know the cards. Wonderful job Janet!

    I am a tarot newbie. I tried reading another tarot book by a different author for beginners and felt overwhelmed by the information provided in the book that I couldn't finish reading it.

    Janet Boyer's book Tarot Basics is a short ebook (roughly 32 pages) and provided fantastic information about the history of tarot, what the major and minor arcana mean and the meaning of the different suits, etc. I enjoyed reading about the different ways to use tarot for creative writing and also about basic spreads.

    I really enjoyed reading this eBook! It was a really interesting read! I just love Ms. Janet Boyer as it is, but this eBook is just great! I really learned a lot from it, things that I did not even know. I recommend this eBook to anyone that wants to learn more about the Tarot, whether you are a beginner or advanced. You can never learn too much! :)
